Podcast Guest Release
Please review these terms before submitting a guest request. If you continue through the guest form, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to them.
What You Are Agreeing To
This release applies if your guest request is approved and you participate in a recorded Build Digital Authority interview produced by Tanya Smith / Get Noticed with Video LLC.
Recording and publication
If your guest request is approved, you give Tanya Smith and Get Noticed with Video LLC permission to record your interview in audio and video and to publish, distribute, reproduce, and display the interview in connection with Build Digital Authority.
Editing and promotional use
You give permission for the interview to be edited for clarity, length, format, and production quality, and for excerpts, clips, quotes, images, show notes, graphics, and other promotional materials to be created from the interview. Final editorial and publication decisions remain with the Producer.
Name, image, voice, and bio
You give permission to use your name, professional biography, image, likeness, and voice to identify you as a guest and to promote your interview and the Build Digital Authority podcast. If you provide a headshot, biography, or other guest material, you give permission to use that material for the same purpose.
Responsible AI use
AI tools may be used to support transcription, editing, captions, graphics, thumbnails, clips, and other promotional production. AI will not be used to fabricate statements you did not make, clone your voice to create new statements, or intentionally misrepresent your views.
No payment or guaranteed publication
Guest participation is voluntary and unpaid. No royalties or other compensation are owed for the interview or its promotion. Submitting a guest request, receiving approval, or recording an interview does not guarantee that an episode will be published.
Ongoing permission
These permissions are worldwide, royalty-free, and ongoing so the published episode and related promotional materials may remain available and continue to be shared as part of the podcast archive and Tanya Smith CEO body of work.
Acceptance Happens in the Guest Form
The guest request form will ask you to confirm that you have read and agree to this Podcast Guest Release before you provide the rest of your guest information.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue with the guest request process.
